Cancelling a Premium subscription turns off auto-renewal. However, it allows you to continue using Premium for the period that you already purchased. 

Cancelling your subscription is easy. 

  1. Open the app on the device used when you subscribed (mobile device or desktop/laptop).
  2. From the main (left) navigation menu, select Settings.
  3. Scroll down to the Additional Privacy & Account Settings section.
  4. Select Cancel Subscription and follow the directions that appear.

Not working? If these instructions don't work, it most likely means that you subscribed using a different iTunes or Google Play account than you're currently signed in with. Try logging in with a different email address, or contact us for help. 

When contacting us, please provide the following information from the last charge on your credit card statement:

  • the date
  • the amount charged 
  • the listed merchant name
