If you paid for Premium but are unable to access Premium features, following these steps to fix the problem:
Verify that your transaction was successful using one of the following websites:
- iOS: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204088
- Google Play: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2850369?hl=en
If your Carb Manager Premium subscription is not listed, then the transaction was not successful. Re-execute the purchase.
If you find that the transaction was successful, close and reopen the app on your mobile device. This will force your Premium status to refresh.
