It's easy to log either a Premium Recipe or a Custom Recipe in My Daily Log with just a few clicks.
To start, select the Plus (+) button in the upper right hand corner of My Daily Log (or any other option for opening the Find Foods screen).
Premium Recipes can be found under Recipes & Meal Plans.
Next, tap the recipe that you'd like to log to select it. Choose your units, portion size, day/date, meal etc, then select Add Today.
The recipe will then be added to My Daily Log for the day/date chosen, and all charts, progress bars, and goals will be updated with the recipe's nutritional information.
