Fasting and intermittent fasting (IF) have gained widespread mainstream acceptance in the past few years as powerful tools for improving health and losing weight.
Carb Manager makes it easy to set fasting goals, log fasting activity, and analyze fasting trends.
Get started by setting a fasting goal. You can set a goal for fasting hours, eating window, or both.
To log fasting hours and/or your eating window, first enable time tracking by going to Settings > Settings Tab > Track Meal Time. Then, log the time for each meal on your food log as detailed here. Fasting hours and eating window will then be calculated "automagically".
