The easiest way to contact support for Carb Manager is through the app itself, instead of using email or our website.  This method automatically sends us information about your account, which will help us resolve your issue more quickly.

  1. From the main (left) navigation menu, select Settings.
  2. Scroll down to the Help & Support section.
  3. Select Contact Support to open the Conversation screen. 
  4. Select New conversation.
  5. Type your message, and select Send.
