# Change languages in Carb Manager

We value supporting multiple languages and launched Spanish as a beta trial in July 2024. The beta includes a fully translated app interface, a translated [knowledge base](https://help.carbmanager.com/v1/es), and a new Latin American common foods database. Some content, like Premium recipe ingredients and instructions and our educational articles, remains in English. Our [support team](mailto:support@carbmanager.com) is standing by to hear your feedback. To change languages in Carb Manager, follow the steps below.

1. Go to  [Embedded object](https://cdn.document360.io/39f753db-7167-486f-a297-e9dee7536f7d/Images/Documentation/avatar-menu-settings.svg)**Settings**.
2. In **My Settings**,
  - select **Language**and then your preferred language from the menu.
  - Or, go to the[Embedded object](https://cdn.document360.io/39f753db-7167-486f-a297-e9dee7536f7d/Images/Documentation/settings-app.svg)**App Settings >****Additional Settings** > **App Language** section to select the preferred language.
