# Change your email address

If you have a [registered account](/docs/en/create-a-registered-account), complete the following steps to change the email address associated with your account.

1. [Sign in to Carb Manager.](/docs/en/sign-in-and-out-of-registered-carb-manager-accounts)
2. Go to [Embedded object](https://cdn.document360.io/39f753db-7167-486f-a297-e9dee7536f7d/Images/Documentation/avatar-menu-settings.svg) **Settings**.
3. In the My Settings section, select [Embedded object](https://cdn.document360.io/39f753db-7167-486f-a297-e9dee7536f7d/Images/Documentation/settings-account.svg) **Account Settings**.
4. Select the **Email Address** field.
5. In the Update Email screen, enter a **New Email Address** and your **Current Password**.
6. Select **Update Email** to save the change.

**Note:** If you are logged in to another device with your old email address, you will be logged out of that device automatically. Then, log in with your new email address.
