# Copy foods, recipes, and meals to My Foods

If you want to change a [food, recipe, or meal that you find](/docs/en/find-foods-recipes-and-meals) in our database, copy the item to your [My Foods](/docs/en/find-foods-recipes-and-meals) list. Once an item is in your My Foods list, you can change the item’s name, nutrition information, serving size, ingredients, and directions. [Premium members](/docs/en/subscribe-to-carb-manager-premium) can also copy and change Premium recipes.

**Tip:** For details about updating nutrition information, see [View and edit nutrition information in foods, recipes, and meals](/docs/en/view-and-edit-nutrition-information-in-foods-recipes-and-meals).
