# Copy foods, recipes, and meals to My Foods

If you want to change a [food, recipe, or meal that you find](/docs/en/find-foods-recipes-and-meals) in our database, copy the item to your [My Foods](/docs/en/find-foods-recipes-and-meals) list. Once an item is in your My Foods list, you can change the item’s name, nutrition information, serving size, ingredients, and directions. [Premium members](/docs/en/subscribe-to-carb-manager-premium) can also copy and change Premium recipes.

1. Web app users: Go to the [Embedded object](https://cdn.document360.io/39f753db-7167-486f-a297-e9dee7536f7d/Images/Documentation/home.svg) **Daily Log.**
2. Select [Embedded object](https://cdn.document360.io/39f753db-7167-486f-a297-e9dee7536f7d/Images/Documentation/add.svg) **Add Item** > [Embedded object](https://cdn.document360.io/39f753db-7167-486f-a297-e9dee7536f7d/Images/Documentation/add-food-btn.svg) **Add Food**.
3. [Find a food, recipe, or meal](/docs/en/find-foods-recipes-and-meals) that you want to add to My Foods.
4. Select the item you want to copy to My Foods.
5. In the item’s detail screen, select [Embedded object](https://cdn.document360.io/39f753db-7167-486f-a297-e9dee7536f7d/Images/Documentation/more-options-vertical.svg) **Options** > **Copy to My Foods**.

When you copy an item to [My Foods](/docs/en/find-foods-recipes-and-meals), Carb Manager automatically marks it as a [favorite](/docs/en/add-and-remove-favorite-foods-recipes-and-meals).
