# Delete daily log entries

You can delete food and exercise entries from your daily log, including individual entries and entries for an entire meal, snack, supplement, or day.

**Important:** When you delete entries, the change is permanent and cannot be undone.**Tip:** You can also [move entries to a new location](/docs/en/copy-and-move-daily-log-entries).

## Delete one food or exercise entry

1. Go to the [Embedded object](https://cdn.document360.io/39f753db-7167-486f-a297-e9dee7536f7d/Images/Documentation/home.svg) **Daily Log**.
2. Go to the entry you want to delete, select the [Embedded object](https://cdn.document360.io/39f753db-7167-486f-a297-e9dee7536f7d/Images/Documentation/expander.svg) **Expander** near the side of the entry, and select **Remove**.
3. Select **Remove** to confirm that you want to delete the entry.

## Delete all entries for a meal, snack, supplement, or the Daily Workout

1. Go to the [Embedded object](https://cdn.document360.io/39f753db-7167-486f-a297-e9dee7536f7d/Images/Documentation/home.svg) **Daily Log**.
2. [Select the day](/docs/en/view-any-day-in-the-daily-log) containing the meal, snack, or supplement you want to delete.
3. Go to a meal, snack, supplement, or the Daily Workout section you want to delete, then select [Embedded object](https://cdn.document360.io/39f753db-7167-486f-a297-e9dee7536f7d/Images/Documentation/more-options-vertical.svg) **Options** > **Remove****All**.
4. Select **Remove****All** to confirm that you want to delete the entries.

## Delete all entries for a day

1. Go to the [Embedded object](https://cdn.document360.io/39f753db-7167-486f-a297-e9dee7536f7d/Images/Documentation/home.svg) **Daily Log**.
2. [Select the day](/docs/en/view-any-day-in-the-daily-log) that you want to delete.
3. Select **Remove**. (On a small screen, the button appears at the end of the list of daily log entries. On a large screen, the button appears on the right side of the screen.)
4. Select **Remove****All** to confirm that you want to delete the entries.
