# Personalized advice

For legal reasons, we don’t provide personalized dietary, health, or fitness advice. We encourage you to consult a health professional, such as your healthcare provider or a registered dietician.

We also encourage you to seek support from your peers in our [community groups](/docs/en/groups-in-carb-manager) and [forums](/docs/en/groups-in-carb-manager). Our friendly and active community of experienced users are always happy to assist others with their diet and health goals.
