# Print a calendar of planned meals and recurring foods

If you are a [Premium member](/docs/en/subscribe-to-carb-manager-premium) and [started a meal plan](/docs/en/start-a-meal-plan) or [logged recurring foods](/docs/en/log-recurring-food-automatically), you can print a weekly calendar that lists foods that are in the meal plan and recurring foods that are ready to log on a future date.

**Tip:** Premium members can [create custom meal plans](/docs/en/create-custom-meal-plans-1), use [meal plans curated by Carb Manager’s chefs](/docs/en/find-foods-recipes-and-meals), and have Carb Manager [generate meal plans](/docs/en/generate-meal-plans).

1. If you haven’t already [started a meal plan](/docs/en/start-a-meal-plan) or [logged recurring foods](/docs/en/log-recurring-food-automatically), do so now.
2. Select ![](https://cdn.document360.io/39f753db-7167-486f-a297-e9dee7536f7d/Images/Documentation/meals.svg) **Meals** in the main menu.
3. Select the **Meal Plans** tab.
4. Select [Embedded object](https://cdn.document360.io/39f753db-7167-486f-a297-e9dee7536f7d/Images/Documentation/more-options-vertical.svg) **Options** > **Print Weekly Meals**.
5. In the calendar that opens, select a **start date**.
6. Select **Generate**.
7. When Carb Manager displays a message that says it generated the calendar, select **Download** to view the calendar. The calendar includes one week of planned meals beginning on the date you selected.
8. To print the calendar, select the option to do so on your device.**Note:** Carb Manager creates the calendar as a PDF file. The steps to print or send PDF files depend on the type of device you have (for example, iOS, Android, or desktop computer) and the features that are available. For more information, see the documentation from your device's manufacturer.
