# Sign in and out of registered Carb Manager accounts

If you use Carb Manager on more than one device, including the mobile app and web app, or if you and someone else use Carb Manager on the same device, sign in to your [registered account](/docs/en/create-a-registered-account) to access your data. Only one person can be signed into Carb Manager at a time. When you sign in, your data and your Premium subscription, if you have one, will automatically [sync on all devices](/docs/en/sync-your-carb-manager-data-on-all-devices).

**Tip:** If you have more than one browser installed on your computer, you can use multiple Carb Manager accounts simultaneously if each member signs in to their registered account on different browsers.

## Sign in to Carb Manager

1. Open our Carb Manager mobile app on your mobile device, or visit [my.carbmanager.com](https://my.carbmanager.com/) to open our web app.**Tip:** If you don’t have our mobile app, download it now. See [Get the Carb Manager mobile app](/docs/en/get-the-carb-manager-mobile-app) for details.**Tip:** If you don’t have a registered Carb Manager account, create one now. See [Create a registered account](/docs/en/create-a-registered-account) for details.
2. Enter the email address and password that are associated with your Carb Manager account.
3. Select **Sign In**.

## Sign out of Carb Manager

1. Go to [Embedded object](https://cdn.document360.io/39f753db-7167-486f-a297-e9dee7536f7d/Images/Documentation/avatar-menu-settings.svg) **Settings**.
2. Go to the bottom of the screen and select **Sign Out**.
