To get started syncing with the Apple Health app, please follow these steps.
If your app is not importing data from the Apple Health app, please try the following:
- In the Health app, select Sources and find Carb Manager. Make sure that Carb Manager is listed and that all fields are enabled.
- In Carb Manager, select Settings and verify that Connect with Apple Health / Apple Watch is on.
- In the Health app, look under Steps, Active Energy, and Exercise Minutes. Do you see data there? If not, then you're not collecting this data via your iPhone or other device, and you should check with Apple support to get this working.
Please note that an iPhone by itself will measure steps only -- not minutes or active energy. The iPhone doesn't have the technology built into to measure minutes exercised or active energy burned. You need an Apple Watch or some other device to capture that data automatically.
