In general, the nutrition values of all common foods (vegetables, eggs, meats, etc.) are the same around the world. In the United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Australia, nutrition labels already subtract fiber when listing carbs, so total carbs equal net carbs.

Our database takes this difference into account. UK, NZ, and Australian users will want to track net carbs

Some users are concerned our database has deducted fiber twice. For branded foods in Australia, NZ, and the UK, the total carbs value has deducted fiber, but the Carb Manager database generally accounts for the difference by adding fiber back in to get "total carbs," and then uses the label's total carbs as net carbs.
