Carb Manager includes a database of thousands of exercises that are available to be logged instantly.
But if you happen to be doing an activity that isn't available in our database, it's easy to add it as a custom exercise.
To get started, choose Exercise from the main (left) navigation menu.
Then, select the My Exercises tab.
Tap either Add a Custom Cardio or Add a Custom Weights to add an exercise in the given category.
Give the custom exercise a name, and enter any other parameters, such as workout time and calories burned. These parameters will be used to calculate calories burned for future log entries of this same custom exercise. Click Save in the upper right hand corner when finished.
Moving forward, you'll find your custom exercises under both the My Exercises and the Quick Find tabs, where you can log them as you would any other exercise.
