Use the Health Sync app, or a similar third-party app, to link to Google Fit.

First, check to see if your device is compatible with the Apple Health app. If it isn't compatible, search for a third-party app that will link to Apple Health.

Syncing to Carb Manager

Once you've connected your device to Google Fit or Apple Health, follow these steps to sync with Carb Manager.

Once your device is pushing data, Carb Manager pulls activity minutes, calories burned, steps, weight, and blood glucose from Apple Health, and activity minutes, calories burned, and steps from Google Fit.

You may need to refer to instructions for your specific fitness device to determine how to enable syncing on the device itself.
