Steps can be modified just like any other exercise log entry.

Start in My Daily Log.

Scroll down to the Exercise log, and tap the More Options (⋮) button next to the Steps log entry that you'd like to work with.

Then, choose any of the available options in the menu.

Options include:

  • View - Review the existing Steps log entry.
  • Edit - Make changes to the name of the entry, minutes exercised, calories burned, or number of steps.
  • Copy To - Copy the entry verbatim to a different day.
  • Delete - Completely remove the log entry.
