For traditional exercises (those founds under Exercise > Weights), you can review a detailed history showing each log entry that you've made for that exercise.
Choose Exercise in the main (left) navigation menu.
Then, select the Weights tab. You might also find the exercise that you're looking for under Quick Find.
Tap the exercise for which you'd like to view your log. In this example, let's choose Crunches.
From here, select the History tab. You'll then see every log entry that you've made for this exercise.
You can also select the Stats tab to see abbreviated log entries plus a chart showing your weight, reps, and sets over time.
