Setting up your calorie and macro goals is the first step to using Carb Manager. Use the Getting Started wizard in the app's left menu. It's an all-in-one resource for getting set up.

Alternately, you can go to Settings > My Profile to verify your profile info, then Settings > Macros to set up your goals. 

First, select a calorie deficit goal. We'll generate a predicted monthly weight loss amount based on your calorie deficit goal.

Next, pick a macros ratio using the corresponding menu. We have predefined ratios, such as Ketogenic (5% carbs, 25% protein, 70% fat), low carb/high fat, balanced, and more. 

Alternately, you can select a custom ratio. If you know the percentage of calories you'd like for each macronutrient, select Custom %; otherwise, select Custom Grams to enter the number of grams per day for each macro.

Be sure to select Apply when you are done.

Premium users can set different macros goals per day. Select a day of the week using the menu next to the Apply button, adjust your macros, and select Apply.
