Once you've created custom foods or meals, it's easy to add them to My Daily Log with just a couple of clicks.

In My Daily Log, click the plus (+) button in the upper right corner.

Then, select the My Foods tab. 

Under My Foods, you'll find individual custom foods under the Custom tab.

In the example below, we've created a custom food called "Keto Bomb".

Note: Have you tried our "Keto Fat Bomb" recipes? Just search the recipes section for the word "bomb".

In that same My Foods section, you'll find custom meals under the Meals tab. In this example, we've created a custom food called "My Breakfast".

Select the food or meal to open it, then choose the meal to which you want to log it, configure any other options, and select Add.

The custom food/meal will then be added to your food log.
