Your streak will be broken any time you either:

  • Fail to make a food log entry for a day
  • Exceed your net carb goal

If you accidentally added a food that broke your streak, deleting that food will continue the streak.

To check and see whether your net carb goal has been exceeded, first follow these steps to verify the exact number that you've set for your net carb goal. 

Then, navigate to My Daily Log to see whether your net carbs have been exceeded. Use the left arrow (<) at the top of the screen to page back through previous days and see if the net carb goal was exceeded on any of those days.
