Premium subscribers can track micronutrients when those data are included by the manufacturer in the various food databases used by the app.

To view all details for a particular meal on a particular day:

  1. Go to the meal (for example, Breakfast).
  2. Click the button on the right side of the meal.
  3. Select Details. You'll see all of the nutrients for that meal.

To track full days, weeks, etc., go to My Nutrition & Wellness > Nutrition and select Sodium from the small black drop-down menu. You can track any of those nutrients against your own goal, if you set goals in Settings > Diet Goals > Micronutrients.
