Note: For the most accurate measurements and analytics, follow these steps to configure your ketones/glucose test type and test units.

For your convenience, ketones and blood glucose can be logged from either My Daily Log or My Measurements

From My Daily Log

Select the More Options (⋮) button next to any meal.

Select either Add Glucose Reading or Add Ketones Reading.

Select the date and time for which you'd like to log the reading.

Enter the reading value, choose whether it was before the meal, after the meal, or while fasting; then, select OK

From My Measurements

After selecting My Measurements from the main (left) navigation menu, select the Glucose or Ketones tab, as appropriate to the metric you'd like to log; then, select the plus (+) button.

Select the date and time for which you'd like to log the reading.

Enter the reading value, choose whether it was before/after a meal/exercise, or while fasting; then, select OK.

Regardless of where you enter the glucose/ketones readings, they will now appear in both My Daily Log...

...and the appropriate My Measurements tab.

Note that if you enter both a ketones and blood glucose reading for the same period (before a meal, after a meal, etc.), your Glucose Ketone Index (GKI) will be automatically calculated and displayed in My Daily Log as well.
