Carb Manager gives you the ability to print 3 different types of reports. These are:

  • Daily Log Reports
  • Nutrition Daily Totals
  • Nutrition Averages

Each of these are useful when working with a health coach, nutritionist, accountability partner etc, or just for your own files. 

Daily Log Reports 

These are essentially a screenshot of the data in the My Daily Log screen. 

Note: Daily Log reports can only be printed from the web app, are not currently available on mobile.

To print this report, navigate to My Daily Log using your main (left) navigation menu.

Select the My Day tab.

Then, scroll to the bottom of the screen and select Print.

Carb Manager will then open a new browser tab with a printable view of My Daily Log. Select Print in the upper right hand corner to open your computer's print dialog. 

Nutrition Averages & Daily Totals Reports

These reports are more formal, and can include data on Macronutrients, Micronutrients, Daily Logs, Daily Notes, and Measurements.

To print these reports, select Reports from the main (left) navigation menu.

Then, configure your options:

  • Format: PDF or CSV
  • Nutrition Report Type: Choose between Nutrition Daily Total and Nutrition Averages
  • Reporting Period: Select the time period to be included
  • Data to Include: Choose from Macronutrients, Micronutrients, Daily Logs, Daily Notes, and Measurements.

Finally, select Generate.

The report will then open in a printable format, where you can use your device's built in print options to print the report.
