The My Measurements section allows you to track and chart various health metrics including your Weight, Body (BMI), Insulin, Glucose, Ketones, Cholesterol, and Blood Pressure, as well as other optional metrics (see the entire list at the bottom of this page) against your goals. For more information on setting goals, see Setting Nutrition, Weight and Measurements Goals.
The My Measurements section is accessed from the main (left) navigation menu. The chart visualizes your measurements against your goals over time. Each particular measurement and the time period are selected using drop-down menus.
To add a new measurement, select the + button (on the right side of the tab) and enter a value.
To edit an existing measurement, select the ⋮ button next to an entry, and select Edit. To delete an entry, select Delete.
