If you're new to low carb, easing into your diet can make the transition easier and help you to stick it out and reach your goals.

Premium Carb Manager users can set different diet and macros goals for different days. Here's how to configure this style of diet, which is referred to as "carb cycling".

Although most users track carbs as a daily metric only, you can also set carb goals and track progress for each individual meal.
