While it's not necessary on the Keto diet to track anything other than Carbs/Protein/Fats, certain users may want to set goals for and track certain micronutrients. This is often done for specific medical reasons.

Carb Manager allows you to set goals for these micronutrients:

  • Calcium
  • Iron
  • Magnesium
  • Phosphorus
  • Potassium
  • Sodium
  • Zinc
  • Copper
  • Selenium
  • Vitamin A
  • Vitamin B1 (Thiamin)
  • Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin)
  • Vitamin B3 (Niacin)
  • Vitamin B6
  • Vitamin B12
  • Vitamin C
  • Vitamin D
  • Vitamin E
  • Vitamin K
  • Folate
  • Choline

To set goals for any of these micronutrients, navigate to the main Settings section from the main menu.

Then, choose "Diet Goals".

Finally, scroll down to the Micronutrient Daily Goals section, type in the numerical amount of your goal, and choose whether your goal is to stay above or below this number (greater than or less than).

Optionally, toggle on the option for Use Dietary Reference Intake Goals to set the USDA recommended intake for each micronutrient as your goal.

Once you've set a goal, you can monitor your progress in the My Nutrition & Wellness section.

Under the nutrition tab, you can select your goal micronutrient from the drop down. Then, your goal amount for each day is shown via the grey bars, and your actual consumption is shown in pink.
