While it's not necessary on the Keto diet to track anything other than Carbs/Protein/Fats, advanced users may sometimes want to set goals for and track other macronutrients.

Carb Manager allows you to set goals for these macronutrients:

  • Calories
  • Net Calories
  • Calories Burned
  • Total Carbs
  • Net Carbs
  • Diabetes Carbs
  • Fiber
  • Starch
  • Sugar
  • Added Sugar
  • Sugar Alcohols
  • Protein
  • Fat
  • Monounsaturated Fat
  • Polyunsaturated Fat
  • Omega-4 Fat
  • Omega-6 Fat
  • Saturated Fat
  • Trans Fat
  • Cholesterol
  • Glycemic Load

To set goals for any of these macronutrients, select Settings from the main (left) navigation menu. 

Select the Diet Goals tab.

Finally, scroll down to the Macronutrients & Energy Daily Goals section, type in the numerical amount of your goal, and choose whether your goal is to stay above or below this number (greater than or less than). 

Once you've set a goal, you can monitor your progress in the My Nutrition & Wellness section.

On the Nutrition tab, you can select your goal macro from the drop down. Then, your goal amount for each day is shown via the grey bars, and your actual consumption is shown in green.
