Contact us through the app

The best way to contact us is through the app itself. This method automatically sends us information about your account, which can help us resolve your issue faster.

  1. If you have a Carb Manager account, sign in to your account in the Carb Manager mobile app or web app that you normally use.
  2. Go to   Settings.
  3. In the About section, select Help & Support.
  4. Choose Visit Knowledge Base to find detailed answers to most questions and descriptions about all of Carb Manager’s features.
  5. If you need additional help or support, select Contact Support. A dialogue window pops up where you can select Send us a message to share your questions or issues with the Support Team. Adding screenshots along with your description of an issue is always helpful.
Note: Although our messaging client looks that way, we do not have live chat. An estimated reply time will be displayed in the interface and you will receive an email of the conversation.

If you can’t access the app, you can send us an email at support@carbmanager.com. Please include the email address or username associated with the account. We'll reply to your message as soon as possible.
