Create and edit custom fasting programs

If you are a Premium member, you can create, edit, and delete custom fasting programs.
Create a custom fasting program
- Go to Settings.
- In the Goal Settings section, select Intermittent Fasting.
- Select Create Custom Fast, which appears below the list of fasting programs.
- In the window that opens, enter a program name.
- Optional: Enter a description of your fasting plan.
- Select the days that you want to fast from the Choose Days list. Options include Weekdays, Weekends, All Week, and Specific Days.
- Set an eating window by sliding the start and end times. If you plan to fast only on specific days (and you selected that option in the previous step), select Free Day for each day that you do not want to fast.
- Select Continue.
- Review your custom fasting program, then select Save. Your custom program appears in the list of fasting programs.
- Optional: If you're ready to start your custom fasting program, select the program from the list, then select Start. For more information, see Start a fasting program.
Edit a custom fasting program
If you have already created a custom fasting program, complete the following steps to change a custom program's name, description, days, and eating windows. If you previously started the custom program and want to make changes stop the fast to make edits. Once the changes are saved, restart the program.
- Go to Settings.
- In the Goal Settings section, select Intermittent Fasting.
- Select Edit next to the custom fast that you want to change.
- Change any of the custom program's details.
- Select Continue.
- Review your custom fasting program, then select Save. Your changes appear in the list of programs.
Tip: If you want to track a fast that is 24 hours or longer,you can do so by choosing the All-Day Fast option. Choose the Free Day option for days you do not wish to fast.
Delete a custom fasting program
- Go to Settings.
- In the Goal Settings section, select Intermittent Fasting.
- Select Delete next to the custom fast that you want to change.
- In the message that opens, select Delete to confirm that you want to delete your custom fasting program.
