Set health goals for weight, activity, and more

In addition to your main diet, energy (calorie or kilojoule), and macro goals, you can also set a variety of detailed health goals to track your progress. Goals are grouped into categories to help you find what you need. Set goals for core items such as weight, sleep, steps, exercise, and water. Premium members can also set goals for body measurements, LDL cholesterol, blood glucose, and more.
Set health goals
- Go to Settings.
- In the Goal Settings section, select Health.
- For each goal that you want to track, enter a value, and choose whether your goal is to stay above or below that value.
