Important Update on Google Fit Integration and Transition to Health Connect

Correction from a previous update: Google is phasing out its Google Fit API, not its Google Fit application.

An API allows developers like Carb Manager to make direct connections to apps. Google is phasing out its Google Fit API and transitioning users to a new way of importing data from Google Fit and many other sources: Google Health Connect.

Given these changes, Carb Manager no longer supports a direct Google Fit integration as of April 18th, 2024.

We are quickly developing our Health Connect integration, with a projected launch date in mid-May 2024, so Carb Manager users will be able to use Health Connect to sync their Google Fit and other data with Carb Manager very soon. We apologize for the inconvenience while we manage this transition.

Currently supported platforms

You can still directly sync your Carb Manager data with your Fitbit, Garmin, Apple Health (iOS only), Biosense®, and Keto Mojo apps.

How to manually track activity

While Health Connect is in development, activity can be manually inputted with a few easy steps.
