If you use Carb Manager on an iPhone that is paired with an Apple Watch, you can install a version of Carb Manager on your watch, which allows you to view daily and weekly nutrition summaries and log your water consumption on your watch.
To install Carb Manager on your Apple Watch, you can either use the App Store on your watch or use the iPhone that's paired with your watch, which are described below.
Tip: To sync Carb Manager data between your Apple Watch and iPhone, those devices need to be paired. For details, see Apple’s article, Set up and pair Apple Watch with iPhone.

Get Carb Manager from the App Store on your Apple Watch
- On your Apple Watch, press the Digital Crown to see the Home screen, then tap the App Store.
- Tap Search, then use Scribble or Dictation to find Carb Manager.
- Tap Carb Manager to see its description, then tap Get to install it.
- Open Carb Manager on your Apple Watch and your iPhone to finish setting up Carb Manager.

Get Carb Manager with an iPhone that’s paired with your Apple Watch
- On your iPhone, open the Watch app.
- Tap the My Watch tab.
- Scroll to the Available Apps section and tap Install next to Carb Manager.
