Invite others to groups

You can invite friends and family to join public groups that you follow or groups that just look interesting. If you’re a Premium member, you can also invite others to join public or private groups that you created.

1. Go to Connect in the main menu.
2. Select the Groups tab.
3. Select Popular Groups or My Groups.
4. Select a group that you want to invite others to.
5. In the Invite to Group screen, enter one or more email addresses or usernames, separated by commas.
6. Select Send Group Invite.

The recipient will receive an email invitation with a link to join the group. The invitation will also appear in the My Groups > My Invites tab of the recipient’s Carb Manager account.
