A meal plan can help you meet your goals by enabling you to plan your meals and shop for ingredients in advance. If you are a Premium member, you can choose from three types of meal plans in Carb Manager. You can also print shopping lists and calendars to help you prepare.

Types of meal plans

  • Generate a meal plan — Carb Manager can generate a plan based on your dietary preferences, food intolerances or aversions, and other options. Carb Manager automatically selects Premium recipes for you, or you can choose from lists of recommended recipes.
  • Create a custom meal plan — Build your own plan with recipes from your personal food history (including My Foods, Favorites, and Frequently Eaten) as well as other recipes from our database. Create a meal plan for each meal, snack, or supplement in advance for up to 30 different days.
  • Choose a curated meal plan — Choose from a large selection of 7-day plans that are designed by our in-house chefs.
