We want all of our Carb Manager Premium members to be happy customers. If you aren't satisfied, please contact us as soon as possible so we can answer your questions and help you accomplish your goals with Carb Manager. We will help you get the most out of your membership.

If you decide to request a refund, whether or not you qualify for a refund depends on when you purchased Premium and where you made the purchase. See below for specific refund information depending on where you purchased your subscription.

Note: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the subscription term, which is either monthly, quarterly, or yearly. If you need to cancel your subscription, we suggest you do so before your subscription renews.

App Store (iOS) subscriptions

Apple exclusively handles all cancellation and refund requests for subscriptions (in-app purchases) purchased with an iOS device. Apple typically honors refund requests that are made within a few days of the original purchase, but whether they issue a refund is solely at their discretion.

  1. Cancel your subscription if you haven’t already done so.
  2. Contact Apple and ask for a refund. For details, see Request a refund for content that you bought from Apple.

If Apple approves your refund request, Apple will reverse the charge on your card.

Google Play (Android) and Carb Manager web app (carbmanager.com) subscriptions

If you purchased a Premium subscription through Google Play or on our website, contact us through the app and request a refund. When you contact us through the app, we will automatically receive your account details and can quickly review your request. We fully honor refund requests that are made within seven days of the original purchase. We do not offer prorated refunds.

If you aren’t sure where you subscribed to Carb Manager, check your credit card statement and look for one of the following transaction items.

  • APPLE.COM/BILL — You subscribed through the Apple App Store on your iOS device.
  • GOOGLE — You subscribed through Google Play on your Android device.
  • FS *CARBMANAGER PREMIUM — You subscribed on our website, carbmanager.com
