View and change fasting and eating windows

If you are a Premium member and you started a fasting program, the daily log shows when your eating and fasting windows begin. It also displays a timer that shows how long it has been since your last meal or fast.

View Fasting and Eating Windows

  1. Go to the Home iconDaily Log.
  2. Scroll to the Intermittent Fasting section to see information about your eating and fasting windows.

Change Current Day Fasting and Eating Windows for Flexible Fasting

  1. Go to the Home iconDaily Log.
  2. Scroll to the Intermittent Fasting section to see information about your current program.
  3.  Select Edit iconEdit to view your eating or fasting window.
  4. Move the entire slider or click on the endpoint to adjust only the start or end time of the window. Or select the appropriate tab to change to a Free Day or an All-Day Fast.
  5. Save the changes.

Change Fasting and Eating Windows for the Active Program

  1. Go to the Home iconDaily Log.
  2. Scroll to the Intermittent Fasting section to see information about your current program.
  3. Select Options iconOptions.
  4. Select My Fasting Program.
  5. Stop the Active Program.
  6. Locate your custom fast and select Edit.
    Tip: To adjust the eating window of a standard fasting program, simply tap on that fast to open the program for editing.
  7. Adjust the sliders or select the Free Day or All-Day Fast tab to reflect the desired changes. 
  8. Select Continue
  9. Select Save
  10. Select the program you have just changed and then select Start Program.
Tip: On a small screen, the Intermittent Fasting section appears at the end of the list of daily log entries. On a large screen, the Intermittent Fasting section appears on the right side of the screen.
