View imported data in the daily log

The daily log displays imported fitness data, BIOSENSE ketone measurements, and Keto Mojo blood glucose and ketone measurements. When you open the daily log, Carb Manager syncs with your fitness or health device and imports data if data is available for the day you view.

  1. Go to the Home icon Daily Log. Carb Manager imports data from your device or app if data is available.
Tip: The daily log opens to today’s date, but you can view any day in the daily log.
  2. To view fitness data, go to the Daily Workout section.
  3. To view BIOSENSE® breath ketone measurements, go to each meal section. BIOSENSE ketones appear in meal sections based on your meal timings and the time of each measurement.
  4. To view Keto Mojo blood glucose and ketone measurements, go to each meal section. Keto Mojo blood glucose and ketones appear in meal sections based on your meal timings and the time of each measurement.

View imported data in Goals

The Goals area in Carb Manager displays imported health data, such as weight, blood glucose, or sleep, and measurements that you add.

  1. Go to the Daily Log. This allows Carb Manager to import data from your synced device or app if data is available for the day you view.
Tip: The daily log opens to today’s date, but you can view any day in the daily log.
  2. Go to Goals icon Goals in the main menu.
  3. In the Progress tab, select Change near the top of the screen to view a list of measurements, then select a measurement such as Weight or Sleep from the list.

Carb Manager displays data for the measurement if data is available. For more information about viewing your data, see View progress and gain insights toward goals.
