Premium subscribers can track micronutrients when those data are included by the manufacturer in the various food databases used by the app.
To view all details for a particular meal on a particular day:
- Go to the meal (for example, Breakfast).
- Click the ⋮ button on the right side of the meal.
- Select Details. You'll see all of the nutrients for that meal.
To track full days, weeks, etc., go to My Nutrition & Wellness > Nutrition and select Sodium from the small black drop-down menu. You can track any of those nutrients against your own goal, if you set goals in Settings > Diet Goals > Micronutrients.
