If you paid for Premium but are unable to access Premium features, following these steps to fix the problem:

Step 1

Verify that your transaction was successful using one of the following websites:

If your Carb Manager Premium subscription is not listed, then the transaction was not successful. Re-execute the purchase.

Step 2 

If you find that the transaction was successful, close and reopen the app on your mobile device. This will force your Premium status to refresh.

Step 3

If these steps don't fix the problem, please forward your receipt to support@carbmanager.com and we'll upgrade you.
