If you've signed up for Carb Manager, you already know how important detailed carb tracking is when it comes to achieving your health goals.
But tracking and logging every carb that you consume isn't intuitive at first for most people. It helps to set meal logging reminders, at least for the first few weeks until food logging becomes a habit.
Note: This option is only available on the mobile app.
To configure meal reminders, open the main (left) navigation menu, and select Settings.
In Settings, swipe left, and select the Advanced tab.
Scroll down to the Meal Reminders section.
Verify that Meal Reminders is set to On (as highlighted below). Then, for each reminder you want to use, select the desired reminder time.
