Although most users track carbs as a daily metric only, you can also set carb goals and track progress for each individual meal.

This setting is useful if you:

  • Want to make sure that they don't "run out" of carbs early in the day.
  • Are doing the Ketogenic diet, have a low carb tolerance, and are easily kicked out of Ketosis when consuming too many carbs at once.

To set meal goals, select Settings from your main (left) navigation menu.

Then, select the Diet Goals tab. On mobile devices, you'll need to swipe to see this tab.

Finally, scroll down and enter your desired goal for each meal.

You'll then see a progress bar for each specific meal on the My Daily Log screen.
