If you must request a refund, please follow these instructions. Whether or not you qualify for a refund depends on how long ago the purchase was made, and where you made the purchase.
If you purchased via the Carb Manager website or Google Play (Android)
Refunds for Premium subscriptions purchased through the Carb Manager website, or through Google Play, are processed by us directly. We will typically honor requests made within 7 days of the original purchase.
Please contact Support by tapping on the Need Help? button under the Settings page in the app. (This is the best method to contact us since it will automatically attach your account details to the message.) But if you're not able to use the app to contact us, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you purchased via the Apple iTunes App Store (iOS)
Apple handles all cancellation and refund requests for subscriptions (in-app purchases) purchased with an iOS device. Apple may honor refund requests made within a day of the original purchase, but it is solely at their discretion. If you believe you subscribed accidentally, please note that in your refund request to Apple.

- Next, contact Apple about processing a refund: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084
- If approved, Apple will reverse the charge on your card.
Unsure how you signed up for the Carb Manager app?
Check your credit card statement and look for the transaction line item.
If it appears as “CARB MANAGER PREMIUM,” then you signed up on our web site.
If it says “GOOGLE,” then you signed up with Google Play on your Android device.
If it appears as “ITUNES.COM,” then you signed up with iTunes on your Apple device.
Helpful tip: no matter where you purchase the upgrade, your Premium subscription will auto renew at the end of the subscription term (monthly, quarterly, or annually) unless you cancel auto renewal.
To avoid having to submit a refund request after a charge has been made, you can cancel auto renewal by canceling your subscription.
