Is it really free?

Yes! Currently, select US-based Carb Manager Premium users have been offered access to Taste Network. As a Taste Network member, you are eligible to receive up to 2 free samples per month from participating brand partners at no additional cost to your Carb Manager Premium membership.


How do I get samples?

As a Taste Network member, each month, you will receive 2 tokens to redeem for free samples from participating brand partners. Simply browse the Products page and make your selections before the deadline of the 7th of the month. For more info on how tokens work, visit your Wallet.


How does delivery work?

Each month after the selection deadline, our brand partners will ship your samples directly to you. All products will ship between the 8th and 15th of the month, though delivery time may vary by brand. Note that in most cases, samples will ship separately.


When will I receive my samples?

Each month after the order cutoff deadline on the 7th, our brand partners will ship your products directly to you. Products will ship by the 15th, though delivery time may vary. If you haven’t received all of your samples by the 27th of the month, please contact us at support@tastenetwork.io so we can follow up and make sure you don’t miss the next sampling cycle.


Can I buy samples?

At this time, “samples” are only available for free, with 2 tokens allotted to each Taste Network member monthly. If you run out of tokens or would like to purchase additional items that you have previously sampled, brand partners may offer exclusive coupon codes to Taste Network members. Brand discount codes are available on the Promotions page.


How do tokens work?

When you join, you'll start with 2 shiny tokens. Think of these as your golden tickets to pick our tasty samples. Use your tokens to claim samples you're curious to try! Each sample costs 1 token. Remember, if you skip the survey after trying a sample, you’ll miss out on having that token next cycle, and they will replenish the following month (skipping one sampling cycle.) If you use both tokens and submit both of your sampling surveys by the last day of the month, you’ll be granted two new tokens to begin the process again on the 1st! How does the review process work?

Once you have received your sample, your expertise is required! As a connoisseur of quality products, our brand partners are awaiting your valuable feedback. Do you like the packaging? The flavor? That addictive crunch or perfectly melting chocolate chip? Grab your sample, settle in with our Sampling Survey to give your feedback, and complete your monthly Taste Network cycle. Once your reviews have been submitted, your tokens will be replenished for the next month, and the fun begins again!


How does Taste Network select which products are available?

All of our brand partners are vetted by the Taste Network team, ensuring their products are innovative, better-for-you items with macro-friendly nutrition labels and quality ingredients. Brands submit specific products for sampling and review each month based on the type of feedback they are looking for from the Taste Network community, and products may vary between sampling cycles.


Are all Taste Network products keto or low-carb?

You will find many keto-friendly and low-carb items on Taste Network, as well as better-for-you alternatives for snacking and or meals. Whether you’re on a strict diet and looking to keep life interesting or taking a break from keto to “carb-up,” we hope you find something on Taste Network that tickles your taste buds and helps you hit your goals!

What’s the difference between getting a sample and a coupon?

Instead of shipping a physical product, some brands may choose to offer a manufacturer’s coupon equal to a free product, which you will be able to redeem at a local retailer for the item described. Often, these brands offer perishable products with limited shelf-life that are not as well suited to shipping, particularly during the warmer months. Picking up your own item at the store will help ensure top quality.


How do I redeem a discount code?

Many of our brand partners have chosen to offer exclusive discounts to Taste Network members, as well as free sample products to try. Discount codes will become available each month after the order deadline on the 7th. Codes can be found on each brand’s product listing page, and instructions on how to redeem can be included. Discounts will usually be redeemable on the brand’s own website or e-commerce platform, and occasionally, brands may offer a digital coupon for in-store use. At this time, no products are available for purchase directly from tastenetwork.io.
