Carb Manager can display a timestamp with each food that you log, which can help you identify eating patterns. If you follow an intermittent fasting pattern, this feature can help you track your eating and fasting windows. If you complete the steps in this article to track meal times, Carb Manager displays the time in each entry in the daily log. You can also change the time while you log foods or after you log foods.

  1. Go to Settings icon Settings.
  2. In My Settings, select App Settings icon App Settings.
  3. In the Additional Settings section, turn on or off Track Meal Time.

Later, when you log a meal or snack, the time appears with the entry in the daily log.

Tip: The default time is the current time of day, which is based on your device’s settings, but you can change the time as needed.
