With Carb Manager’s Quick Entry feature, you can quickly log new exercises that aren’t listed in our database or that aren’t custom exercises that you previously created.
Tip: Exercises created with the Quick Entry feature are not saved for future logging. If you plan to complete the exercise more than once, consider creating a custom exercise instead.
Tip: To log common exercises that are in the Carb Manager database or to log custom exercises that you already created, see Log exercises.
- Web app users: Go to the Daily Log.
- Select Add Item > Exercise. Or go to the Daily Workout section of the Daily Log and select the Add Exercise button.
- In the Exercises screen, select Options > Quick Entry.
- In the Quick Entry screen, enter details about the exercise, including the exercise name, the length of the workout, the calories or kilojoules you burned, and the steps you completed.
- Select Quick Add.
The exercise appears in the daily log.
Tip: To edit the exercise after you add it to the daily log, select the exercise to open its detail screen, make changes, and then select Quick Edit to save the changes.
