Reset your password

Reset your password if you have trouble signing in to your registered Carb Manager account or to secure your registered account with a new password. See one of the following sections for details.

Reset a password after you sign in

  1. Sign in to Carb Manager.
  2. Go to Settings icon Settings.
  3. In the My Settings section, select Account Settings Account Settings.
  4. Select Password > Reset Password. We will send you an email message with a link to reset your password.
  5. Open the email message that we sent you and follow the instructions to reset your password.
    Note: If you don’t see an email message from us, check your Spam or Promotions filters. In the future, to ensure that you don’t miss messages from us, see Receive email messages from us to add Carb Manager to your email whitelist.
  6. Sign in to your registered account with your new password.

Reset a password before you sign in

  1. Open our Carb Manager app on your mobile device, or visit my.carbmanager.com and select the Sign In link to open our web app.
  2. Select the Forgot your password? link.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your registered Carb Manager account.
  4. Select Send Reset Instructions. We will send you an email message with a link to reset your password.
  5. Open the email message that we sent you and follow the instructions to reset your password.
    Note: If you don’t see an email message from us, check your Spam or Promotions filters. In the future, to ensure that you don’t miss messages from us, see Receive email messages from us for details about adding us to your email whitelist.
  6. Sign in to your registered account with your new password.
