Low Carb High Fat

  • Who is the Low Carb High Fat diet for? This diet is generally for people who need a diet that offers similar benefits to the Keto diet but need a slower transition to Keto, are sensitive to a high-fat diet, or have a medical reason to not enter ketosis.
