If you’re a Premium member and you started a meal plan, planned meals appear in the daily log for the scheduled meal or snack. Complete the steps in this article to log planned meals.

Tip: Premium members can create custom meal plans, use a meal plan curated by Carb Manager’s chefs, or have Carb Manager generate a meal plan.
  1. Start a meal plan if you haven’t already done so. All scheduled meals appear in the daily log.
  2. To log a planned meal, do one of the following steps in the Home icon Daily Log.
    • Go to the planned meal that you want to log and select Add to Log.
    • If you consumed something that was different from what you planned, select the Expander on the right side of a planned item, then choose Remove to remove the planned item. Next, to replace the removed item, select Add Item(image of Add Food button) Add Food, and select a food that you consumed.
  3. Optional: If you are fasting and try to log a meal during a fasting window, select Continue Logging & Keep Fasting or Log food & break my fast now.
Tip: To change the meal's timestamp to a time within your eating window, select Cancel to return to the meal's detail screen, select Show Advanced, and select a different Date or Time. Then, select Add to log the meal.

The meal item and its nutrition information appear in the daily log.

Tips
  • To copy an item to another meal or date, select the Expander next to the item that you want to copy, select Copy, select a meal or date, and select Copy to [date]. For more information, see Copy and move daily log entries.
