In addition to your main diet, energy (calorie or kilojoule), and macro goals, you can set milestone goals to track your weight loss (or gain) progress. You can choose the number of milestones to track toward your goal and view the progress in the Weight Progress Module on your daily log.
Set your milestone goals
- Open the Milestone Goals! feature in the Daily Log by selecting the Learn More button.
- In the Goal Weight window, verify your current weight and enter your goal weight.
- Tap the Set up button in the Milestones section of the Goal Weight window to configure your Goal Milestones.
- Use the slider to select between 2 and 10 milestones to track. You can return and edit this number at any time. Tip: You can increase or decrease the number of milestones at any time by tapping > in Weight Goals Progress and selecting Edit Milestones.
- Tap Set milestones.
Tip: For more insights into your progress, see View progress and gain insights toward goals.
Tip: If you're a Premium member, you can view your projected weight over time.
Log Weight
- Tap Log Weight in the Weight Goal Progress section of the app or by tapping Add Item > Weight.
- Enter your newest weight measurement and Submit.
- Your progress to date will be displayed and you can edit your milestones or Close.
- Your weight goal progress will also be displayed in the daily log page.
Tip: To quickly add a weight measurement from your iOS or Android device's home screen, touch and hold the Carb Manager app icon until the quick actions menu opens, then tap Log Weight.
